DHARAMSHALA, Aug 2: The Office of Tibet in Brussels has launched a special series of commemorative postal stamps to mark the ‘Year of Compassion’ in honour of His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s 90th birthday.
Officially issued by the Belgian postal service, the stamps will be used in all public and official correspondence from 6 July 2025 to 5 July 2026. They are available for domestic, European, and international destinations, each bearing the inscription “Year of Compassion—90th Birthday of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet.”
