Dharamshala: This morning, on 10 October 2025, Chief Election Commissioner Lobsang Yeshi and the two Additional Election Commissioners Nangsa Choedon and Tsering Youdon, along with staff of the Central Tibetan Election Commission received a special audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
