DHARAMSHALA, Sept. 15: On the fifth day of the Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile’s 2025 general session on Monday, lawmakers pressed the President of the Tibetan exile government for clarity on back-channel dialogue with Beijing. The Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) President Penpa Tsering reiterated the existence of informal dialogue but acknowledged that progress has been minimal.
