Dharamshala: The leadership and staff of the Central Tibetan Administration held a memorial service this afternoon to mourn the demise of civil servant Khando Yankyi Seykhang who served as a Peon at the Public Service Commission. The late Khando Yankyi passed away on a Sunday afternoon, 26 January 2025.

Following the presentation of a brief biography of the deceased by Cabinet Secretary Tsegyal Chukya Dranyi conveyed her sadness at the painful news and asked everyone to offer prayers for the departed staff.
