Public Service Commissioner Visits Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies, Calls on Tibetan Youth to Serve the Community and Cause
Dharamshala, 29 December 2025: On 24 December 2025, the Public Service Commissioner of the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA), Karma Yeshe, met with the Vice-Chancellor of the Central Institute of Higher Tibetan Studies (CIHTS), Varanasi, Professor Wangchuk Dorjee Negi. Following the meeting, an awareness programme was held for the institute’s students at Atisha Hall, in the presence of the President of the Regional Tibetan Freedom Movement, Geshe Ngawang Tenphel, and the Head of Department, Geshe Tenzin Norbu.
