He was warmly welcomed by Luding Khen Rinpoche, along with Tibetan and Ladakhi devotees through traditional rituals and cultural performances. Speaking at the event, Rinpoche praised the visible development in the region and highlighted the importance of nurturing inner values alongside material progress.
