Dharamshala: The circulation of the list outlining the allocation of Tibetan settlements and scattered communities under the jurisdiction of each of the three Local Tibetan Justice Commissions—designated as either permanent or ad hoc regions—on 21 November 2012, along with the subsequent dispatch of Local Tibetan Justice Commissioners and secretaries to these respective regions for the adjudication of civil disputes, has proven to be practically beneficial for members of the Tibetan exile community.
